Client's Needs

The Problem

Cosmetic Surgery Marketers, a digital marketing and sales consulting company, came to us in October of 2025 because they were having difficulties getting their brand in front of cosmetic practices across the country. 

  • Cosmetic Surgery Marketers was a new digital marketing agency looking to increase brand awareness in cosmetic surgery practices across the country and find new potential clients
  • Cosmetic surgeons are often overlooked in favor of plastic surgeons by most mailing agencies so our client wasn’t able to find a list of addresses for their mailing.

The Process

Since a list of cosmetic surgery practices from across the country did not exist, the first task our team had to complete was building a list from scratch. 

  • We targeted cities across the country based on which areas ranked highest in DMA data collected from the US TV Database.
  • We collected addresses from over 500 cosmetic practices from high income areas like New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
  • We designed a letterhead and wrote copy for a letter that we then sent to each contact we discovered. 

The Solution

We sent one direct mail piece out each month for our client starting in November of 2025 and continuing to today in February 2026. Each month, we wrote a new letter detailing a different service our client wanted to highlight. 

  • To date, we have sent over 1,500 direct mail pieces to cosmetic surgeons across the country. 
  • Our client has reported several cosmetic doctors have called or emailed their agency and mentioned our letters as being the reason for their interest.
