The Problem
The Naturopathic Community Center came to us to strategize a mailing campaign for them to inform licensed massage therapists in Michigan of continuing education opportunities their institute was offering.
- They had some very specific requirements, only being interested in prospects in the state of Michigan
- Needed help designing an attractive mail piece that could catch the eyes of their busy potential students
The Process
The first task we took on was building a list of contacts. We found a vendor who was capable of providing a list of addresses under the strict specifications our client set out.
Next, our graphic designers went to work creating a postcard that highlighted the most important pieces of information our client wanted to share.
- We purchased a list of massage therapists in the state of Michigan, specifying ONLY those who had been licensed in the last five years
- We created a postcard that shared tuition costs, course options, start dates and contact information for enrolling
